Where we ship, how fast, and what it costs.
All orders ship in recycled cardboard mailers — no plastic, no filler. Items are folded and sealed cleanly. If something arrives damaged, let us know and we'll sort it out.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. You can track it anytime on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam — then reach out to us.
We don't do refunds — but we're reasonable people. If something doesn't fit or you changed your mind, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll figure something out. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Exchanges for a different size are free. Customer pays return shipping on exchanges unless we made the error.
